Burn permits are being issued until APRIL 30. The form below is to obtain Residential/Desert Vegetation-only permits for any resident in the Avra Valley Fire District. Agricultural burn permits are issued to entities which are zoned for agricultural purposes and employ agriculture-related personnel; they must be obtained in person at the Avra Valley Fire District, 15790 W. Silverbell Road, Marana, AZ 85653 for residents of Pima County or from Pinal County Air Quality in Florence, AZ (520-866-6929) for residents of Pinal County.
There is a $5 charge payable through PayPal for a residential permit for 3 burns within the 30 day period of the permit. If a burn must be cancelled due to weather conditions it may be rescheduled within the same 30 day period.
