In accordance with Section 38-431.02 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Governing Board of the Avra Valley Fire District may be present at the AZ Fire District Conference to be held at the Renaissance Phoenix-Glendale Resort, but they will not conduct business of the District, and they will not make any decisions on behalf of the District.
