All plans and specifications for new commercial construction, remodeling, and alterations within the Avra Valley Fire District shall be submitted for review and approval prior to any construction. The plans will be reviewed with the approval and recommendations forwarded to the Pima or Pinal County Planning and Development, depending on which county construction is taking place.
